Venue Opportunities

We are excited to offer you and your family a venue to host your party in a secure and fun location without the stress of having it at home. Just bring your decorations and we'll take care of the rest. Please review the packages below and let us know which one works better for you. Be sure to check with Store Manager for availability on your preferred dates.

Package # 1

Birthday Parties - Two Hours

1 - 10 people (kids)

• We provide 1 8ft table (with white tablecloth) and chairs.

• 1 scoop ice cream cone or cup for each kid.

• 1 Sarah's Place free T-shirt for birthday kid.

Package # 2

Birthday Parties - Three hours

25 people (kids)

• 2 Tables with tablecloth and folding chairs.

• 1 scoop ice cream cone or cup for each kid.

• 1 personalized Sarah's Place free T-shirt for boy or girl.

• One (8x10) black and white personalized profile drawing of the birthday child. - picture must be provided a week prior to the party.

• Small stereo to play music

• Help decorating

Please note on all rental of venue, customer must provide the own decorations, balloons, posters or banners. Must pick up garbage and clear room afterwards.

Payment must be receive at reservation time. 10 day advanced notice for cancellation.

Venue Availability:

• Ice Cream Parlor - available only Monday thru Wednesday (10 am - 7 pm)

• Angel Room - available 7 days a week. (12 pm - 8 pm)

Board Meetings, Bible studies, etc. 15 people includes:

• I scoop of ice cream or cold drink (soda, juice or water)

• Table and chairs

• Podium

Two hours: $25.00
